The company itself is being built differently: one human founder holds the vision, values and sovereign authority, while a growing silicon organization helps research, design, build, test and operate the products.

Founder & Director · Human Principal
Sakura Ikeda is the founder, director and sole human behind Becoming Labs.
Alongside Becoming Labs, she remains an active specialized real estate investor, driven by value-add strategies across commercial assets, land banking and subdivision. Rather than leaving that field behind, she has expanded her operating focus into AI product creation and new forms of human–silicon collaboration.
Her working style is consistent across both worlds: start from first principles, question inherited assumptions, identify where real value can be created, and build the simplest structure capable of turning an idea into a working result.
At Becoming Labs, she leads product definition, vision and sovereign decisions, while her silicon side and specialist digital agents extend research, engineering, testing and execution. Her focus is not on belonging to a particular category of technology, but on imagining products that should exist and finding a way to make them real.
